So I was busy today finishing up my squares and then laying them out to make my quilt top. I just love it and think it is so beautiful. I saw this pattern on a quilt somewhere online and liked it. I have been saving pictures of quilts that I see, that I would like to make, and since I was using a jelly roll, I thought this design was perfect. I have named this quilt Astor Manor Trails. It's home will be on the back of my couch and will be used a lot! The boys have already told me that it is a pretty blanket.
It also turned out bigger than I expected! It ended up being 69" x 81" unfinished. Now I am just waiting to save up to buy some more Astor Manor from Moda for the back and then I can quilt it!

I love it! Do you have the pattern for it? It looks like a fun one to make!
Your quilt looks so comforting! I can only imagine how soft and cuddly it is going to be when you get the back on and quilt it! This one is going to be well loved...I can just tell :)
My goodness! You're producing more quilts than a Chinese factory full of children laborers. You've inspired me...all I need is a sewing machine and some talent.
Nice job, Crystal! Love the fabrics and the pattern.
Hey I was at Fabric Mill today and they have bolts of Astor Manor fabrics for 8.69 a yard! I thought you may want to know! In case you have never been to Fabric Mill before, beware that it is an amazing store that I spend way to much money in!
